We truly appreciate your trust in our craftsmanship and designs. Each of our products is carefully made and checked for quality before delivery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thesaffronstitch.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.
We’ll make sure the issue is resolved promptly.
